Is parking included?
Yes, parking is available on the street. We do not offer private parking but you will find a parking no problem near the apartment.
Is the apartments air-conditioned?
Yes, apartment has AC
Do you allow pets?
No, we don’t allow pets.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
No, everything is included in the price that you see on the booking calendar.
Is there internet access?
Yes, the apartment have Wi-Fi.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, on request and for an additional charge we can pick you up or drive you to the airport.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. The minimum stay is 3 nights, but in July and August the minimum is 5 nights.
How far is the property from the beach and city center?
The nearest beach (Valseline) is 600m away while the city center is around 2000 meters.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late or early check-in/check-out between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM is possible for an additional €40.
What should I do with the keys when leaving the apartment?
Please contact us before leaving. I case that we cannot meet you kindly leave the keys in the lock box at the entrance doors.
Where can I dispose of trash and recycling?
Kindly seperate plastic and paper from the normal waste. Leave the trash in the apartment. We will take care of it.
Can I request clean towels or bed linen during my stay?
Of course, if needed we can provide fresh bed linen and towels.
Where can I buy groceries nearby?
Small store is located only 20 meters from the aparment while a large shoping mall is 1.5km away.
Are there any recommended restaurants or cafes?
We recommend pizzeria Lema and konoba Veruda, both around 300m away from the apartment.Â
For a good caffe or smoothie we recommend Lattiera caffe bar which is 500m away.
Where is the nearest ATM and pharmacy?
Both are about 300 meters from the apartment.
